Generally, the jurisdiction for individual account logins should match the individual’s country of residence, while the jurisdiction for company account logins should match the country where the company is registered or operates. If it is determined that the jurisdiction for an account login is different, EX.IO reserves the right to request the necessary information from the account holder.&nbsp;&nbsp;



Please note that EX.IO currently does not allow the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for account logins from other regions.&nbsp;

Are there any limitations on jurisdictions for logging into an EX.IO account?  

Due to regulatory requirements, the use of VPNs is prohibited when accessing EX.IO.

Follow the instructions and input the details required to create an account. This includes creating a username, email, password, and adding a referral ID if the website was sent to you by a current EX.IO member.&nbsp;

An API key is a unique string of characters (like a code or token) used to authenticate and control access to an Application Programming Interface (API). It functions as a digital passkey, enabling a user, application, or developer to interact with a database or a service platform such as EX.IO, ensuring secure and authorized access.&nbsp;



For instance, when using EX.IO&#8217;s API, you would require an API key from https://www.ex.io/apps/api-keys to authenticate your requests.&nbsp;



Important Note: Keep API keys confidential, as sharing them can result in misuse or unauthorized access.&#8221;&nbsp;

A PI in Hong Kong, as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571), is an individual or corporation meeting specific financial criteria, allowing access to exclusive financial products with fewer regulatory protections.&nbsp;
