Financial Product Manager  (Open to Interns / Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for virtual assets trading platform based on client needs and market trends.
• Support sales team with client communications and provide solutions to meet client requirements.
• Research and analyze market opportunities and client needs.
• Identify product opportunities from a financial market perspective and develop relevant product proposals.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide insights and address client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new product features.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial product management; digital currency industry experience preferred
• HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred
• Knowledge and experience in financial industry and products
• Strong market research and data analysis capabilities
• Quick learner with ability to grasp new technologies and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects
• Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments; proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Proficient in data analytics and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency required
