Relationship Manager (Open to Interns / Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact, understanding needs and delivering personalized support.
Guide clients through the onboarding process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup and activation.
Provide prompt, professional support to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
Conduct regular client reviews to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Partner with sales and financial product teams to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide relevant insights and meet client needs.
Handle additional projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in digital currency or financial sector
Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred
Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently
Proven team collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
Proficient basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
