Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders </li>



<li>Create and implement data-driven strategies for client acquisition and business growth </li>



<li>Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking </li>



<li>Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs </li>



<li>Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to track progress and support business decisions </li>



<li>Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends </li>

Requirements:



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field </li>



<li>Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred </li>



<li>Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus </li>



<li>Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 licensed preferred </li>



<li>Proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills </li>



<li>Self-motivated with independent work ethic </li>



<li>Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) </li>
