EXIO will support the upcoming Ethereum (ETH) Fusaka network upgrade. The specific arrangements are as follows: Ethereum will undergo a network upgrade at epoch 411,392, or approximately 2025-12-03 21:49 (UTC).



Effective from 2025-12-03 21:15 (UTC), EXIO will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum (ETH) network, including all ERC-20 tokens (e.g. USDT and USDC). This is to facilitate the Ethereum network upgrade and hard fork for optimal user experience.



Please note:

<li>The trading of asset(s) on the aforementioned network will not be impacted.</li>



<li>EXIO will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.</li>



<li>Deposits and withdrawals for asset(s) on the aforementioned network will be resumed once the upgraded network is deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.</li>
