Collateral Summary

The Short-Term Asset-Backed Liquidity Note Token (STBL) is a tokenized, senior secured note issued by an Orphan Cayman SPV. The proceeds from these Tokenized Notes are used to acquire a dynamic portfolio of highly rated Money Market Funds (MMFs), which serve as collateral. Each Tokenized Note maintains a 1:1 correspondence with its blockchain-native token, representing ownership on the blockchain. The Issuer's obligations are fully secured by this MMF collateral portfolio, which is actively managed to meet stringent investment criteria, including credit ratings and asset values, ensuring robust backing for the tokenized instruments.
